Charlie started Watch City Real Estate LLC in 2011. From a one-person office sharing space with an attorney in the Waltham Watch Factory, and focused on apartment rentals, he built the business into a highly regarded boutique real estate agency offering commercial and residential sales and rental services. Recognizing its work beyond Waltham, he changed the name to Charles River Properties LLC. Today the ten members of the Charles River team are active in the Greater Boston area and beyond.
